Sjøberg Ferie is located in a small, beautiful island called Rennesøy. It's called the "green islands" on account of the picturesque scenery. We're just half an hour away from Stavanger by bus. For more about Rennesøy and the surrounding islands, visit www.ryfylkefjord.no.
We run a restaurant that has two floors with seatings for a little over 100 people total. We have 6 apartments at the moment, with housing for 39 people.
We have conference guests, weddings, Sunday buffets, pub nights, catering amongst other things, so it's a small working place with a lot of guests, and varied use.
If you enjoy fishing and the sea, this is the place for you. One of the perks of working here is that we have boat rental, which leaves the staff free to borrow boats when they are available. Other perks includes free meals during work hours, staff prices on items sold and of course our beautiful surroundings.

Number of posts: 1 (possibly 2)
Job description: Work out shift plans, follow up Health, Safety and Environment plan, ordering, daily routine planning etc.

Essential requirements:
Preferably certified chefs, but good references/experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
Norwegian/Scandinavian or English speaking.

Desirable requirements: A versatile, experienced, executive chef.

Contract: permanent.
Starting date: ASAP

Hours per week: 37.5
Salary: 30.000 NOK a month gross.
