Preference will be given to candidates with:
- A diploma from a recognised apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
- Qualifications and experience: Ideally full time restaurant service experience from a premium hotel, restaurant establishment or cruise line.
- Candidates will require a positive attitude and good presentation.
- A second European language (French, German, Spanish or Italian), would be an advantage.
