Information about the position:

Work on a shipyard.

You must be a professional of sheet metal work and welding, and TIG for onshore work, or of pipe fitting. You will be working on various sections that will be used in the offshore industry.

You must have vocational education in the field, or you can prove relevant work experience within this type of job, and preferably you have experience from work in Norway (you must send documentation about this with your application). Experience from shipyard is a bonus.

You must know ISO drawings at high level.

As a welder, you need all the necessary certificates (136-141).

And you must speak good English.

Wages: 155 – 188 NOK / hour

Housing: free accommodation in barracks + free food, provided on the work place

Work Regulations: Full time permanent jobs. Rotation 4-2 (4 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
