About the company:

Moan AS is a machinery contractor based in Fauske in northern Norway, about 6 km east of Bodø. We perform all of the major and minor site preparation for construction and road building and other construction work, drilling and blasting operations and snow removal. In addition, we have quarries and sell crushed rock. Today we have 27 employees and annual sales of about NOK 40 million. We need a well qualified construction manager to complete projects.

Fauske is just 40 km from Sulitjelma which has an incredibly beautiful area for hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. The company also owns business premises in Sulitjelma. Information about the position:

We will employ a competent and independent construction manager who can manage a project according to the objectives set by the project.

Construction Management including planning, progress, economy, safety and documentation of the quality of work performed as the main tasks. Participate in tender bill. Leading machine operators and organize work to achieve the objectives. Motivate employees.

The position is 100 percent and will amount to approximately 155 hours per month.

Position demands:

The applicant must be an engineer or civil engineer in construction. He or she must also have several years experience in facilities management within our field

Wages:

Salary will be between NOK 400,000 to 550,000 per year, approximately 51.300 euro to 70.500 euro a year depending on qualifications. Salary can be negotiated.

Housing:

The company will assist in finding suitable housing.

Family: The employer will assist you if you bring your family. Kindergarden and school.
