Information about the position: Design/Model Engineer in fulltime permanent position.
Position demands: Higher technical education. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, and maintain good communication channels with internal and external customers. Must be able to manage and prioritize various projects simultaneously. Highly organized and possess a keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to all levels of organization in English. Opportunity to learn Norwegian language locally.
Wages: NOK 450 000 – 750 000 gross pr. year (app. € 57 000 – 96 000) depending on qualifications and experience.
Housing: Scana Steel Stavanger will assist in finding appropriate housing.

Upplýsingafundir um flutning til hinna Norðurlandanna
Upplýsingaþjónusta Norrænu ráðherranefndarinnar, Halló Norðurlönd, og EURES, Evrópsk vinnumiðlun standa fyrir upplýsingafundum um að flytja til hinna Norðurlandanna. Kynning á tækifærum og styrkjum í Evrópusamstarfi
Kynning á tækifærum og styrkjum í evrópsku og norrænu samstarfi verður haldin á Háskólatorgi fimmtudaginn 12. janúar 2010 kl. 15-17.30. Þar gefst færi á að hitta fulltrúa evrópskra samstarfsáætlana og þjónustuskrifstofa á Íslandi og kynna sér möguleika á styrkjum og samstarfi á öllum sviðum menntamála, rannsókna, vísinda, nýsköpunar, menningar og atvinnulífs. Einnig verða kynntar nokkrar norrænar áætlanir.
