Chef/ Head Chef
Andöy Friluftssenter is situated north of the Arctic Circle on the islands of Lofoten and Vesterålen. Overlooking the fjord and surrounded by mountains the center has been run as a family business in tourism since 1995. It has awarded several prizes during this time for the cuisine its serves.
Activities include a restaurant, five cottages (for rental) and a campsite. We also offer a wide range of activities such as cooking classes and activities in the nature, our guests can also enjoy hunting and fishing.
Our menu includes mostly fish and game meats that are locally produced. The restaurant can seats up to 50 guests. We also have two Lavvos (wooden teepee) where we prepare food over an open fire for our guests. These can seat up to 80 people.
Before our summer season starts we are looking for a chef / head chef with good experience, that can deliver a high standard of food preparation for our “a la carte” menu. Also participate in cookery out in the nature.
