Conradis bar & restaurant opened at Tønsberg Brygge springtime 2009. We have already taken a strong position as one of the best restaurants and cocktailbars in the City.
Tønsberg is Norways summercity Nr.1, with a lot of big events. One of Norways biggest musicfestivals; Slottsfjellfestivalen, in July with a impressive list of international bands and artists is one of many.
Our kitchen is based on high quality locally produced ingredients. Vestfold has perfect climate for growing a big variety of vegetables.
Our Chef Trond Andresen has for several years worked as head chef in Michelin Starred restaurant Le Canard in Oslo.
Information about the position:
We need cooks for summer season from 1th of April till 1th of September.
There is a possibility for an extended contract as a full time cook after this period.
Experience from high quality cooking in a la carte kitchen.
English language spoken fluidly is necessary.
Wages: Regulation after Norwegian standards – about 139 NOK – 159 NOK an hour. Depends on experience and education.
