Dilla Holding AS is a holding company which is owned by the three brothers Daljinder, Kawal and Jas Kahlon. The company was founded in 1995, and operates mainly in the restaurant business. Today Dilla Holding owns 15 restaurants in Oslo, Lillestrøm, Fredrikstad and Bergen. Six of these are Jacob Aall Brasserie & Bar, and five of them are Big Horn Steak House.

A la carte chefs
Information about the position: Jacob Aall Brasserie & Bar is now looking for a la carte chefs. Our menu contains everything from tapas to more traditional food like steaks and burgers. We need people who can work both full time and part time. The positions are permanent.
Position demands: The applicants must be skilled chefs, or have at least 3 years of experience. It is also essential that the applicants speak English. In addition we prefer applicants who have the following qualities: You are ambitious, creative and flexible, you have a genuine passion for food and you thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Wages: NOK 300.000 ¿ 360.000 gross pr. year depending on experience and qualifications (€ 39 000 ¿ 47 000). Agreement to cover travel expenses can be made.
Housing: We will assist you in the process of finding an apartment.
Family: We will also assist you if you bring your family.
