After been working with the client for more than a year, we are now looking for two additional Icelandic speakers to join our team in Ljusdal. Our top priority is to give our clients’ customers the best experience the first time, every time. Therefore we are looking for candidates whom are willing to do their best at all times and enjoys working and servicing a lot of different customers. You will be the direct representative for both Teleperformance and the client when it comes to customer contact and service. Therefore we expect you to have good communicative skills and are able to stay calm and focused in a fast pace environment.
- Great software and hardware knowledge
- Comfortable communicating via phone, chat and mail
- Professional approach towards the clients’ and Teleperformance customers
- Ability to learn and use web-based tools
- Organized, motivated and punctual
- Speaks and writes fluent Icelandic
